Here are some video options for your consideration and comment.

Pre-show video promotion on social media:   A series of short videos to appear on social media, on your main site, britishcarpshow.co.uk, as well as your Facebook page and Twitter account (yes, we can now produce video that is not just a link but actually appears directly on Twitter).   These video promos, in which your own show officials and/or angling experts speak about, and show, why they are excited about the show, what will happen, and why anglers should attend and share these promo videos with friends.  These video promos also leveraged to enhance your existing promotional campaign by including vocal and text links to your ticket order link.  Your promo videos can be given to exhibitors for their own websites, which give you yet more public exposure to your ticket link.  I can suggest specific video themes which contain ‘viral triggers.’

 

Show Demos and Talks:   You have scheduled a rich variety of demos and talks.  Videos of these events can be packaged and either sold by you as DVDs or distributed as gifts.  These demos and talks can also be packaged as dozens of short video clips which provide essential information, tips, and inspiration to anglers.   Some visitors will not be able to see all of the demos and talks during their visit, and these DVDs or video web clips will be of great use.    Remember, you can post these on your site, social media and exhibitor sites throughout the next year.

Testimonials:  Show visitors give their impressions and memories about the show.   Always useful.

Exhibitors pitch their brand:   Exhibitors are interviewed, and their exhibits are filmed.  Each video is packaged as a short promotional clip on behalf of the exhibitors, who is turn can post them on their own sites and social media.  These promo videos can be offered by you as a goodwill gesture to exhibitors, or by separate arrangement directly between exhibitors and  myself.
